Some Like it Hot

My dress is finally finished!  It took a little longer than I thought to get all fringe-ey, but here it is! 

Thanks to Sister who acted as official Project Marilyn Photographer this evening!

Took forever to get the fringe lined up in the back.

Three layers of fringe, 12" on top and two layers of 9" for extra fringe-ey goodness!

Artie loves it too! (Can\t leave this guy alone with a frock lying around)

I guess it is now time to start figuring out the next project.  There are soooooo many gorgeous outfits to choose from.  I have been sitting on some pink sateen, so I might give the "Diamonds" dress a go.  Or I really love the light blue suit from "Niagara".....  which will it be? 

I hope you enjoyed project "Some Like it Hot" and I hope I did the original dress justice!  As I said before, if you have not seen the film yet, it is delightful.
